Doriane Gloria

Doriane Gloria serves as the Sr. Vice Chancellor and Chief Human Resources Officer at The City University of New York since 2019. Prior to this role, Doriane was a Senior HR Consultant at Nonprofit HR, providing comprehensive HR consulting services to NYC nonprofits. Doriane has also held significant positions at the New York Blood Center as Vice President of Human Resources, at the Physician Affiliate Group of New York as Vice President of Human Resources, and at Suffolk County Community College as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources. Additional experience includes leadership roles at TMP Worldwide and Atria Senior Living, along with a long tenure at NYU Medical Center as Sr. Director of Human Resources. Doriane holds an MBA in Management and Organizational Behavior from NYU Stern School of Business.
