Karl Francis

Karl Francis is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in engineering and academia. Currently serving as Program Coordinator in the Office of Access & Success Programs at City University of New York since 2016, Karl has also held various roles including Research Assistant, Instructor, and Adjunct CLT. Prior to CUNY, Karl worked at FastPulse Technology, Inc. from 2010 to 2013 as an Electrical Engineer and Manager in the Electronics Department, focusing on the design and implementation of laser control systems. Additionally, Karl contributed to the development of wireless electromechanical control interfaces for energy-efficient homes at The City College of New York in 2010-2011. Karl holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Science, and a Bachelor's degree in Physics, all from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island.
