Anna Hughes

Anna Hughes has a diverse background in education and mentoring, currently serving as an Americorps Member at City Year NH since August 2020, where responsibilities include mentoring and tutoring third-grade students with an emphasis on social-emotional learning. Prior to this role, Anna worked as a Deckhand Educator aboard Sigsbee with the Living Classrooms Foundation, and as a Deckhand Educator with the World Ocean School. Experience also includes serving as an Instructor at The Outdoor School and a Sailing Instructor at the Annapolis Sailing School. Anna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Global Studies from St. Lawrence University, awarded in 2017.
