Ashley Dunbar

Ashley Dunbar has extensive experience in program management and civic engagement, currently serving as the Regional Recruitment Manager for City Year in the Central Region since October 2017. Previously, Dunbar held various positions at City Year, including Civic Engagement Program Manager and Civic Engagement Project Leader, where significant achievements included managing a team to engage approximately 2,000 volunteers annually and overseeing high-impact community service events. Early career experience includes serving as a Communications Corps Member, focusing on tutoring and mentoring students, and working as a Post Closing Specialist at Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, where Dunbar was recognized for attention to detail and teamwork.
