Beth Bryant

Beth Bryant has extensive experience in strategic development and talent acquisition within the nonprofit sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Development Strategy & Planning and Senior Vice President of AmeriCorps Member Talent Acquisition at City Year since 2012. Prior roles at City Year include Vice President of Strategy and Senior Director of Strategic Planning, as well as various positions in program management and development from 2003 to 2009. Before joining City Year, Beth Bryant was Managing Director at MetroLacrosse, Inc. from 2011 to 2012. Academically, Beth Bryant holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University and a degree in Elementary Education from the University of Maine.
