Edward Hale

Edward Hale is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in employee relations and litigation. Currently serving as General Counsel, Senior Vice President, and Deputy General Counsel at City Year since November 2018, Edward has previously held key positions at Brown Brothers Harriman as Assistant Vice President/Employee Relations Manager, and at Goodwin Procter LLP as Business Unit Manager in Securities Litigation and White Collar Defense. Edward's career also includes significant roles at Bingham McCutchen, Greenberg Traurig, LLP, and WilmerHale, where responsibilities ranged from managing litigation strategies to advising on risk management and compliance issues. Edward holds an A.B. in Psychology from Harvard University and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
