Jen Hallee Little

Jen Hallee Little has a diverse career in leadership and community engagement, currently serving as Chief of Staff at City Year since April 2016, where responsibilities include leading marketing, communications, and community engagement initiatives. Previous positions at City Year include Development Director and External Affairs Director. From February 2012 to March 2016, Jen served as Executive Director at Calling All Crows, focusing on activism and service related to women's rights. Earlier experience includes the role of Manager of Alumni Relations & Communications at Southern New Hampshire University from September 2007 to February 2012 and various positions at City Year from September 2001 to September 2007. Jen holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and a BA in Biology/Biochemistry from Colby College.
