Jeremy L. Hill

Jeremy L. Hill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations. Currently serving as the Interim Executive Director at City Year Memphis since December 2024, Jeremy has significantly contributed to City Year in various roles, including Chief of Staff and Managing Director of Impact since July 2020. Prior to these positions, Jeremy worked as a Development Associate at the Winthrop Rockefeller Institute and held leadership positions at Watson Grove Missionary Baptist Church, where duties included Executive Minister and Minister of Special Projects. Additionally, Jeremy served as a Faith-based Consultant for duGard Communications and Director of Operations at Hampton Inn Statesboro. Jeremy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Finance as well as Philosophy and Religion from Georgia Southern University, and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Leadership from Belmont University.
