Jessica Prosper

Jessica Prosper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, guest experience, and educational coaching. Currently serving as a Program Manager at City Year since November 2022, Jessica has previously held various roles within the organization, including Team Leader and Academic Interventionist. Jessica also contributed to Breakthrough Miami in capacities such as Instructional Coach and Scholar Success Coach. Additional experience includes working at Marriott International in guest experience and sales coordination roles, as well as at Ross Stores, Inc. as a retail associate. Jessica's educational background comprises a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Florida A&M University and an ongoing Bachelor's degree program at Georgetown University.
