Jini Rae Sparkman

Jini Rae Sparkman currently serves as Impact Director at City Year and Sr. Consultant at Phillips Collaborative, with ongoing work as a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice Consultant at Towards Liberation since 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Dorm Director, Director of the Office of Equity and Inclusion, English Faculty, and Head Girls Basketball Coach at Holderness School from 2014 to August 2023. Jini Rae Sparkman was also the Founding Director of the Network for Independent School Equity (NISE) from August 2018 to January 2023 and a Teaching Lecturer and Interim Director at Plymouth State University from 2011 to 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Private School Leadership and Independent School Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Literature and Film and a Master of Education in the Teaching of Writing from Plymouth State University.
