Lashonda Norris

LaShonda Norris is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in educational impact management and healthcare. Currently serving as an Impact Manager at City Year since November 2021, LaShonda develops partnerships with school administration to implement interventions aimed at improving student attendance, behavior, and course performance. Prior to this role, LaShonda owned and operated LovelaceNorrisServices from July 2008 to February 2023, specializing in various cleaning services. Additional experience includes serving as a Financial Consultant at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where support was provided to patients in enrolling in healthcare programs, and roles in patient service and data coordination in various healthcare settings. LaShonda holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Education and Promotion from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and an Associate of Applied Science in Respiratory Care from Hillsborough Community College.
