Lexi Long

Lexi Long is a dedicated recruiter at City Year since January 2022, with a strong focus on sourcing candidates through various platforms, building relationships with universities, and leading national events. Recognized for outstanding performance, Lexi has achieved multiple national accolades, including most direct recruiter leads and applications. Previously, Lexi served as a City Year AmeriCorps ACM at H. Grady Spruce High School and gained experience as a tour guide and research assistant at the University of Michigan. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Michigan and ongoing studies in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management at Columbia University, alongside sustainability studies at Reykjavik University.
