Lourdes Barroso de Padilla

Lourdes Barroso de Padilla currently serves as a Columbus City Councilmember since January 2022 and is actively involved with City Year as Senior Vice President of Site Stakeholder Engagement, a role held since September 2006. Additional leadership roles include membership on the MORPC Regional Policy Roundtable and serving as a National Service Council Member for New Politics. Lourdes Barroso de Padilla holds advisory and board positions with the New Leaders Council-Columbus Chapter, YWCA Columbus, and the Latina Mentoring Academy.
