Mona Duffus, MBA, LCSW, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently, Mona serves as the Executive Director and National Senior Vice President at City Year, and previously held the position of CEO/Principal at North Blue Holdings LLC. As an Associate Partner at Stronger Consulting and the Chief Executive Officer at Dawning Family Services, Mona demonstrated a strong commitment to social work and community service.
