Victoria Kiryukhina

Victoria Kiryukhina is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in international and transactional law. Since August 2015, Victoria has served as the Head of Legal International and Transactional Practice at CityAds Media. Prior to this role, Victoria was the Head of the International Legal Division at IFD Kapital from June 2010 to August 2015, specializing in M&A within the financial sector, corporate governance, and joint ventures. Victoria's career began at Intersputnik, where, from April 1999 to June 2010, significant expertise was developed in M&A in the telecommunications sector and corporate governance. Victoria holds a Master of Foreign Affairs from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) (1993-1998) and earned a Doctor of Philosophy in European Law and International Law from People’s Friendship University of Russia (2009-2010).
