Alexandra Hollman, MSW, LICSW, is a skilled professional in social care integration with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Director of Social Care Integration at Cityblock Health, Alexandra has progressed through roles including Sr. Manager and Manager in Operating Model Implementation.
