Thaiane Hensch

Thaiane Hensch is the Director of Pharmacy Care Management at Essentia Health, responsible for specialty pharmacy, population health, ambulatory clinical pharmacy, and medication access management since September 2020. Previously, Thaiane served as the Director of Retail Pharmacy Services, achieving a 38% expansion of the retail pharmacy footprint and a 36% increase in prescription volumes, while implementing innovative initiatives in pharmacy services. Prior roles include Interim Senior Director of Ambulatory Pharmacy and Clinical Pharmacy Supervisor at Kaiser Permanente, where Thaiane developed and managed various clinical pharmacy programs and pilot initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Golden Gate University, a Pharmacy Leadership Certificate from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora.
