Emilie Wortman

Emilie (Sites) Wortman, MPH, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Data Platform Implementations and Operations at Cityblock Health, a role held since November 2022, after previously working as a Program Manager for Data Platform Implementation. Prior experience includes a tenure at Comagine Health from December 2016 to November 2022, where Emilie held positions as Program Manager for Analytic Services, Project Manager, and Program Coordinator. Earlier in Emilie's career, a focus on financial aid was demonstrated through roles as Financial Aid Counselor and Financial Aid Specialist at Portland State University from February 2012 to December 2016. Emilie holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Health Management and Policy, obtained from Portland State University between 2013 and 2016, and a degree in Community Health Education with a focus on Aging Services, earned from the same institution from 2008 to 2011.
