Katrina Ede is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as the General Manager of People and Culture at Citycare Property since December 2024. Prior to this role, Katrina held the position of Change Manager at Southern Cross Healthcare from March 2024 to December 2024. A significant tenure at Ryman Healthcare from March 2014 to April 2024 included various leadership roles such as Group People and Culture Manager and HR Manager for Construction. Earlier career experience at Vodafone as a Customer Service Representative from April 2007 to March 2014 laid the foundation for an extensive HR career. Katrina holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Canterbury, obtained between 2011 and 2013.
