Juho Ahlman

Juho Ahlman has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Juho most recently worked at Citycon as the Head of Business Control Sweden starting in September 2023. Prior to that, they were a Business Control Manager at Kognity from September 2021 to September 2023.

From 2016 to 2021, Juho worked at KPMG as a Manager in Deal Advisory. In this role, they led and delivered client projects in the Nordics and Europe, including buy and sell-side transactions and integrations & separations engagements.

Before joining KPMG, Juho was a Manager FP&A at Al-Futtaim Group Automotive from 2015 to 2016. Juho focused on process improvements, business development, and management reporting.

Juho also gained experience as an Independent Advisor from 2014 to 2015, where they worked as an Investment Advisor and interim manager for various companies.

In addition, Juho holds an MBA degree from Hult International Business School, where they were recognized for their outstanding academic achievements. Prior to their MBA, Juho worked as a Financial Analyst at Summa Capital, assisting clients in strategic M&A decisions.

Earlier in their career, Juho worked at KPMG as a Senior Associate, supporting clients in their financial, investment, and M&A decisions. Juho also worked at Inspecta as a Service Manager, managing operations and conducting business planning for the Laboratory Services Business Unit.

Juho started their career with an internship in the finance department of Nokia Siemens Networks, where they developed financial information for management decision-making.

Overall, Juho Ahlman has demonstrated strong expertise in finance, business control, M&A, and strategic planning throughout their career.

Juho Ahlman completed their Bachelor's Degree in Management accounting at Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu in 2008. In 2009, they obtained a Master's Degree in Strategic accounting from Helsinki School of Economics. Later, in 2014, they graduated with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Business & Emerging Markets (Honours) from Hult International Business School. Additionally, in 2016, Juho started pursuing a Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute. Juho also completed an exchange program in Malaysia, studying Marketing, International Business, and Asian Business Environment at Kolej KDU in 2006. Furthermore, Juho has obtained certifications in Elements of AI from the University of Helsinki and Reaktor, and Innovation Management, Innovation Associate from the Global Innovation Management Institution in 2018 and 2014 respectively. Juho has also passed Level I of the CFA Program.
