Alexander Kapur

Alexander Kapur is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data, technology, and urban innovation. Currently serving as Partner at Cityfi, Alexander leads the firm's data and technology practice. As an Adjunct Professor at the University of California, Los Angeles, Alexander teaches "Digital Government," focusing on the intersection of technology, data, and governance. Alexander is also the Founder and Co-Chair of the D.I.G. Initiative and Co-Founder & Board Director at Tolemi, which provides data management solutions for state and local governments. Previously, Alexander held senior roles at Reveleer, SafeRide Health, PwC, and Marsh & McLennan Companies, specializing in operations, business intelligence, and analytics. Alexander holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Commerce from the University of Pennsylvania.
