Warren Hall has a strong background in the telecommunications industry, with experience at both CityFibre and BT. As a Customer Success Manager at CityFibre, Warren ensures the successful delivery of services and exceptional customer satisfaction for Mobile, Private, and Public sector customers. During their time at BT, Warren held various roles including Partner Service Manager, where Warren managed service for BT Partners to ensure a great customer experience. With an educational background from Merton Sixth Form College and Tamworth Manor High School, Warren has developed extensive skills in the telecommunications field, including provision and repair services for both residential and business customers.
