Vera Lake

Vera Lake has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Vera currently works at Patch Customer Retention as a Technical Product Manager and Data Analyst, where they utilize data-driven decisions to increase customer retention rates. Vera collaborates with executive, technical, and design teams to prioritize and implement solutions that provide value to the business and users. Additionally, Vera has experience as a Project Manager at Patch Customer Retention.

Before that, they worked as a Freelance Web Developer, Branding, and Graphic Designer at Vera Butler Design LLC. Vera also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Western Governors University while working as a student.

Furthermore, Vera has previous experience as a Front-End Developer at Chingu, where they built a full-stack app called Methodize. Vera was responsible for implementing data from API calls, designing the UX/UI of the app, and using various technologies such as Node.js, MongoDB, React, and Redux.

Vera Lake completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Western Governors University, where they studied from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended North Georgia Technical College from 2017 to 2018 and earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Vera obtained a certification in MLOps from CoRise in August 2022.
