Florent Françon has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Florent began their career at BNP Paribas as an Accueil et services. In 2012, they took on the role of Chargé d'études Marketing at INEO - GDF SUEZ. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Disneyland Paris in two roles, Chargé de clientèle internationale - Guest Relations and Parc Opérations. From 2018 to 2019, they were the Responsable Relation Client at MesDocteurs, and from 2019 to 2021 they were the Responsable Relations Familles at inmemori and the Head of Customer Care at Cityscoot. In their roles, they have managed teams of multilingual employees, simplified and improved processes, and recruited and onboarded new employees.
