Scott Effinger

Scott Effinger is an experienced sales and marketing professional with a robust background in the petroleum and fuel services industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at CityServiceValcon since March 2021, Scott previously held roles including National Account Sales for North American Land at World Kinect Energy Services, and various leadership positions at World Fuel Services and PAPCO, where responsibilities included managing government marketing and fleet card business units.
