Peter Roberts

Peter Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Peter started their career as a Site Reliability Engineer (NOC) at Bioware in May 2011 and worked there until June 2013. Peter then worked at Paddy Power Betfair as a Site Reliability Engineer (NOC) from July 2013 to September 2013. In October 2013, they joined Workday as an Associate Site Reliability Engineer (NOC) and later progressed to the role of Site Reliability Engineer from July 2014 to May 2017. Peter returned to Workday in May 2017 as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer and stayed until November 2017.

Following their career break for world travel, Peter worked at Oracle as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer from October 2018 to January 2020. In this role, they built tools for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and owned various tools and services. Peter also served as a Scrum Master and participated in on-call duties.

From January 2020 to August 2020, Peter worked at SmartBear as a DevOps Engineer. Peter then transitioned to CitySwift, where they currently hold the position of Senior DevOps Engineer and DevOps Lead, starting in August 2020 and August 2021, respectively.

Peter Roberts attended the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2011. During this time, they obtained a BSC in Computer & Electronic Systems and also a BSC (honours) in IT for Business.
