Travis Clark

Travis Clark is currently the Senior Vice President / Construction Banker at Citywide Banks. In this role, Travis is responsible for originating, underwriting and managing residential construction loans to complex commercial real estate construction loans for new and existing clients. This helps assist with the development and expansion of their personal and/or commercial real estate portfolio(s). Prior to joining Citywide Banks, Travis spent 23 years at Bank of the West in various leadership roles within their construction lending division. In their most recent role as Senior Lead Program Officer, Travis oversaw the Bank's construction loan portfolio within the Small to Medium Enterprise segment, which included commercial and residential construction projects. Throughout their career at Bank of the West, Travis was consistently recognized as a top performer, winning the President’s Club award multiple times. Before their time at Bank of the West, Travis began their career in banking at Community First National Bank where they originated and underwrote construction and term loans. Travis has a wealth of experience in all aspects of construction lending, from consumer residential loans to complex commercial real estate loans. Travis has also managed retail branches and a personal banking department during their career. Travis’s experience and proven track record make him an expert in the field of construction lending, and they are a valuable asset to Citywide Banks.

Travis Clark attended Ithaca College from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.
