Brooke Carbajal

Brooke Carbajal has over nine years of experience in the mortgage and real estate sectors, currently serving as a Loan Processor at Citywide Home Loans since September 2012. In this role, Brooke is responsible for gathering and reviewing all documentation required for loan packages, assessing applicants' financial qualifications, and ensuring accuracy before submission to Underwriting. Prior experience includes working as a Leasing Agent at PEM Real Estate Group, where responsibilities included interviewing prospective tenants, conducting background checks, and managing lease agreements. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Arizona State University, earned in 2011.
