Chanda Belk

Chanda Belk is a seasoned escrow closer with extensive experience in the title and mortgage industry, currently serving as a Senior Escrow Closer at Citywide Title Corporation since 2016, where Chanda ranks in the top 5 percent of closed mortgages and has successfully closed over 3,000 mortgages worth approximately $1 billion from 2016 to 2021. Prior to this, Chanda held multiple roles at Chicago Title from 2006 to 2016, including Operations Manager, where leadership of a team of 50 employees resulted in a $1 million revenue increase; Closing Supervisor/Escrow Agent, overseeing 15 national accounts and training a 40-member team; and Account Manager/Sales Representative, achieving a 33% annual revenue growth for three consecutive years. Chanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Behavioral Sciences from National Louis University.
