Stephen Ciampanelli

Stephen Ciampanelli, CPIM has a diverse work experience in supply chain and operations management. Stephen most recently served as the Director of Operations at OPW, a Dover Company. Prior to that, they held positions including Plant Operations Manager and Production Manager at OPW. Stephen also worked as a Production Manager at Keurig Green Mountain, where they achieved significant cost savings. Stephen has experience in production and continuous improvement management, as well as materials management at HJ Heinz. Stephen also completed a leadership development program at HJ Heinz, gaining expertise in various supply chain disciplines. Stephen has interned in supply planning and demand planning roles at HJ Heinz, and held an eBusiness intern position at Covestro. Additionally, they interned in purchasing and materials logistics at Siemens Energy. Overall, Stephen has a strong background in operations and supply chain management, with a track record of achieving cost savings and implementing process improvements.

Stephen Ciampanelli, CPIM, obtained a B.S.B.A degree in Supply Chain Management & Information Systems Management from Duquesne University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Central Catholic from 2003 to 2007. In 2013, Stephen achieved certification as a Certified in Production & Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS.
