Michael Biggers has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Group Reservation Specialist at CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa since February 2021. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Ocatilla Concierge Supervisor at Arizona Biltmore from June 2018 to December 2020, and worked in guest services at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa from November 2016 to March 2018. Michael's career also includes a staff position at Eagle Ranch Golf Club and a Senior Supervisor role at Vail Resorts from October 2013 to April 2016. Michael is an alumnus of The University of Kansas.
