Mike Mattera

Mike has more than two decades of financial services industry experience in sales distribution strategy, solutions, data, and analytics. As managing director at Legg Mason, he partnered with senior Sales and Marketing leadership to develop, implement, and lead business strategies using a data driven approach. Always focused on strategic execution, he was known for his success in leading the implementation of strategies powered by the effective use of tools and technology. Being in the asset management business, Mike witnessed firsthand the emergence of impact/ESG investing and saw it rise in importance. Previously, Mike was a senior director at UBS where he led multiple financial and business strategy functions within their investment bank.

Mike is a degreed and licensed accountant registered with FINRA.
