Gary J. Bosse has an extensive background in engineering and construction, starting as an Associate Engineer for the City of San Diego in 1989. Gary J. has since held various roles in different companies, including Project Engineer at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., and Asst. Project Manager at PCL Construction. Gary's experience includes overseeing large public improvement projects such as the restoration of the Balboa Theatre and the North Embarcadero Visionary Plan while working as the Asst. Vice President of Public Works at Centre City Development Corporation. Currently, Gary J. serves as the Vice President of Engineering & Construction at Civic Communities, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field.
