Alex Petts

Alex Petts is an experienced geotechnical engineer currently serving as a Senior Geotechnical Engineer at Civic Earth since April 2024. Previously, Alex worked as an Engineering Geologist at Fairhurst, leading projects that involved Mining Risk Assessments and site investigations for various clients, including Thames Water and Network Rail. Prior experience includes roles as a Geoenvironmental Engineer and Graduate Engineer at Lithos Consulting Ltd and the University of Leicester, respectively. Alex holds a Master of Geology from the University of Leicester and has developed skills in contamination risk assessments, project management, and client liaison throughout a diverse range of engineering and geological projects.
