Erick joined the company in 2017, bringing 20 years of mortgage lending, servicing, and asset management expertise. He is an accomplished professional with extensive experience nationwide in non-performing loan acquisitions, residential/commercial servicing, and asset management. Adept in all aspects of the "cradle to grave" servicing process, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, and eviction, enables Erick to effectively manage costs, reduce timelines and maximize recovery. Erick leads CIVIC's asset management group, with a focused approach to third-party servicer oversight tailored to individual investor objectives.
