Anthony Kirkby

Anthony Kirkby is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Representative Steward (Director) for the British Boxing Board of Control Limited since August 2018, alongside the role of Vice-Chairman of the Northern Area Council, Anthony is dedicated to representing the Area Council at board meetings. In addition, as Divisional Operations Director at Civica since December 2019, Anthony leads operational activities in local government, achieving consistent revenue and EBITDA growth. Previous roles include Program Director at Capita Software, where responsibilities included overseeing significant educational test operations, and Programme Manager at NG Bailey IT Services, focusing on communication services for the Ministry of Defence. With 16 years of service in the British Army's Royal Corps of Signals, Anthony has developed a strong foundation in telecommunications and project management.
