Gerry O'Reilly

Gerry O'Reilly is an experienced financial executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Civica since May 2025. Prior to this role, Gerry held the position of CFO at autoTRADER.ca from February 2017 to January 2025, where significant achievements included leading the company's $4 billion sale to AutoScout24 (Hellman Friedman) in August 2024. Gerry also served as CFO at Quickplay Media from March 2014 to January 2017, where the company was successfully acquired by AT&T. Earlier in the career, Gerry was CFO at Xplornet Communications, overseeing financial operations for Canada's leading rural broadband provider, and CFO at TeraGo Networks, where leadership contributed to the company’s initial public offering on the Toronto Stock Exchange in 2007.
