Catherine Rhodes has worked in the recruitment and staffing industry since 2015. Catherine began their career as a Recruiter at Spherion in 2015 before moving to Global Law Centers as an Executive Recruiter in 2016. In 2017, they joined CivicMinds, Inc where they have held the roles of Senior Staffing Manager, Senior Recruitment Advisor, and Talent Acquisition Specialist.
