Jennifer Curtis

Jennifer Curtis is a seasoned professional in product management and user experience, currently serving as Sr. Director of Product Management at CivicPlus since December 2025. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various leadership positions including VP of Product at mySidewalk and RiskGenius, and Head of Product and User Experience at PayIt. Jennifer began her career in product management at BA Services and Lexmark, where roles included Product Manager and Interaction Design Team Lead. Jennifer holds a Professional Doctorate in Engineering with a focus on User System Interaction from Eindhoven University of Technology and has advanced education in Cognitive Psychology from The University of Kansas, where degrees include M.A. and B.A. with Honors.
