From onboarding new customers to mentoring the customers on their daily usage of CiviCRM, Timothée manages the customer projects by clarifying client needs, adapting their workflow with CiviCRM, providing them with consulting sessions, and coordinating Cividesk and sub-contracted resources to ensure successful and on-schedule project delivery, as well as be responsible for all Quality Assurance aspects. Thanks to his past experiences as a technical process manager in Europe and China, as well as an entrepreneur, he feels right at home helping to translate information between teams, whether they speak a different culture or a different computer language.

After studying computer science in France and Germany, Timothée spent ten years in Beijing, China, where he worked with Fortune 50 clients before starting his own business in the outdoor industry.
