Kristina Jones

Kristina Jones, CFRE, is an accomplished leader in fundraising and organizational development with extensive experience in the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer and President/Executive Director of the Civil Air Patrol and the Civil Air Patrol Foundation, Kristina oversees national fundraising initiatives, emphasizing support for youth development and STEM education. Previous roles include Regional Vice-President at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, where Kristina led a team to enhance board development and resource fundraising, and Executive Director at the Alliance for Women & Children, dedicated to empowering women and families. With a master's degree in communication from Abilene Christian University and a bachelor's degree from McMurry University, Kristina has also provided consulting, training, and facilitation services across various organizations, enhancing their fundraising capabilities and program effectiveness.
