Paul Martin

Paul Martin is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in flight operations and safety management. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy and Planning in the Safety Policy and Planning Division at the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore since July 2021, Paul has previously held key positions including Deputy Head of Flight Operations and Principal Operations Inspector at the same authority. Additionally, Paul has contributed significantly to Scoot and Tigerair Singapore, taking on roles such as Deputy Chief Pilot and A320 Instructor, and has a background as a Technical Pilot. Paul holds a Diploma of Education in Aviation Safety Management from the Singapore Aviation Academy and an ATPL from CTC Aviation.
