Randy Emert

Randy Emert serves as the DIRT Lab Manager at Civil-Military Innovation Institute Inc., where responsibilities include sourcing Soldier problems from the 3rd Infantry Division and developing solutions for the US Army and DoD through the DEVCOM ARL Catalyst Pathfinder Program. Previously, Randy was an Assistant Professor at Kennesaw State University’s Southern Polytechnic College of Engineering and Engineering Technology, founding the KSU 3D Center and advising the FSAE Motorsports team. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Lecturer in Engineering Graphics at Clemson University, where responsibilities involved teaching CAD software and coordinating the Engineering Graphics Program, as well as offering rapid prototyping services. Randy holds a Master of Science in Engineering Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from Western Illinois University.
