Kylee Reynolds is a legal professional with extensive experience in civil and human rights advocacy. Currently serving as the Fair Courts Policy Counsel at The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights since August 2021, Kylee previously worked as a Fair Courts Project Legal Fellow at Lambda Legal from November 2018 to February 2021. Prior to that, Kylee gained valuable research experience as a Research Assistant at Penn State Law, focusing on healthcare issues affecting the LGBT community, and also held a Legal Intern position at Lambda Legal. Earlier roles include serving as a Perioperative Aide at Crouse Hospital and as an Education Volunteer with the Peace Corps in Sierra Leone, where Kylee taught various subjects and contributed to efforts against corporal punishment in schools. Kylee holds a Juris Doctor degree from Penn State Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature with a focus on Secondary Education from North Park University.
