Donna Euben

Deputy General Counsel at American Psychological Association

Donna Euben serves as the Deputy General Counsel for the American Psychological Association, where responsibilities include providing legal advice, counseling, and policy guidance to executive management and leadership. Their previous experience includes leading the ethics program at the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and serving as Managing Director and Counsel for the AFL CIO Lawyers Coordinating Committee. Donna Euben has also held general counsel positions at the American Association of University Professors and worked as Nonprofit Advocacy Counsel for the Alliance for Justice. Earlier in the career, Donna Euben practiced employment law as an associate attorney and clerked for a justice on the New Jersey Supreme Court. Education includes a Doctor of Law degree from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Oberlin College.
