Tierra Bradford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal advocacy and policy development. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights since November 2022, Tierra previously held positions as a Criminal Justice Policy Advocate at the ACLU of Pennsylvania and as a Policy Manager at Common Cause Maryland. Tierra's career began with legal internships at the Allegheny County District Attorney's Office, the ABOLITIONIST LAW CENTER, and the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, where responsibilities included legal research, writing, and client interactions. Tierra holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hampton University.

The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights is a coalition charged by its diverse membership of more than 250 national organizations to promote and protect the civil and human rights of all persons in the United States. Through advocacy and outreach to targeted constituencies, The Leadership Conference works toward the goal of a more open and just society – an America as good as its ideals. The Leadership Conference is a 501(c)(4) organization that engages in legislative advocacy. It was founded in 1950 and has coordinated national lobbying efforts on behalf of every major civil rights law since 1957.
