Donna Waltz-Jaskolski

Donna Waltz-Jaskolski has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Donna currently works at Civista Bank as the Customer Experience Officer and Senior Vice President. Their role involves collaborating with various departments to enhance the client and employee experience. Prior to this, they worked at PNC Bank as the Regional Manager and Senior Vice President, leading a team and focusing on delivering exceptional client experiences. Donna also has experience in marketing, having worked as the Director of Marketing at Destination North Marketing and the Director of Sales and Marketing at MeriStar Hospitality Corporation. Additionally, Donna has experience as an Independent Agent at Allstate and as the National Sales Manager at Northern Radio Network.

Donna Waltz-Jaskolski completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Broadcasting, Advertising, and Communications from Central Michigan University, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Donna also pursued additional educational opportunities, including completing the Certified Women's Business Advocate program at PNC University in 2013, and the PNC Executive Leadership Graduate program at PNC University in 2014. Most recently, they obtained a degree in Digital Banking from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, completing their studies in 2021.
