Lou Sala

Lou Sala serves as a Senior Relationship Manager in Commercial Banking at Civista Bank since October 2016, achieving the highest loan origination and fee income across all commercial lenders in 2017, 2019, 2020, and 2023. Previously, Lou worked at FirstMerit Bank as a Senior Vice President in Commercial Real Estate, where responsibilities included soliciting and underwriting new commercial loans and managing a portfolio exceeding $100 million. Lou has earned several awards for excellence and customer service during that tenure. Lou holds an MBA from Baldwin Wallace University and a BBA from Cleveland State University.
