Maria Lord has a diverse work experience in the senior care industry. Maria started their career as a Leasing Agent at Epic Asset in 1999 and eventually became an Assistant Manager, responsible for marketing and leasing multiple apartment complexes. In 2006, they transitioned to LawResearch Services, where they worked as a Customer Service Manager, handling inquiries, payments, and suggesting new services.
In 2007, Maria joined Concorde Assisted Living and held various roles, including Director of Marketing and Assistant Executive Director. In these positions, they excelled in resident recruitment, developed marketing strategies, and exceeded expectations in satisfying individual prospect needs.
From 2010 to 2012, Maria worked as an Elder Care Advisor at A Place for Mom, assisting families in finding suitable care solutions for their loved ones and building referral sources. Maria then joined Caring Senior Service in 2012 as a Home Care Consultant, developing relationships, coordinating care, and ensuring high-quality service.
Maria's next role was as the Executive Director at Sunol Creek Memory Care from 2013 to 2015, where they facilitated Alzheimer's and Dementia care in a supportive community.
In 2015, Maria became a Community Sales Director at Brightview On New Canaan, responsible for sales and marketing strategies. Maria then joined Arbor Terrace Mountainside in 2017 as a Senior Care Counselor, before finally becoming the Director of Community Relations at Civitas Senior Living from April 2020 onwards.
Throughout their career, Maria has consistently demonstrated their expertise in sales, marketing, customer service, and care coordination in the field of senior care.
Maria Lord has completed an Associate of Arts (A.A) degree in Business Administration from Cascadia College. Maria has also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the American Public University System, which they are projected to complete in the winter.
