Marc Mylott

Marc Mylott is an experienced urban planning and development professional, currently serving as the Director of Community Development for the City of Elgin since September 2010. Prior to this role, Marc held multiple positions within the City of Columbia Government, including Director of Planning & Development Services, Director of Development Services, and Zoning Administrator from August 2002 to September 2010. Additionally, Marc worked as a Zoning Planner for the City of Evanston from January 1997 to August 2002 and began the career as an Associate Planner at Lane Kendig, Inc. from May 1994 to January 1997. Marc holds a Bachelor of Urban Planning & Development degree from Ball State University, earned between 1989 and 1994.
